Task assignment

We have added the ability to assign tasks to individual users or teams in your organization, similar to our existing assessment-level assignment feature. This allows you to split tasks for an assessment between relevant teams and individuals, assigning specific tasks to specialists, and managing outstanding work on assessments in parallel.

Task views

Our new task views provide a new method for prioritizing work. They give an alternative view of your workstream to the current assessment-level views on the Entity management page. Task views help you find tasks assigned to you or your team, focus on urgent tasks such as unresolved sanctions matches, and discover outstanding work on associate entities without having to navigate through layers of ownership.

Prerequisites

Task views are available to production institutions in our EU and US environments. Non-production institutions, such as test institutions, will be updated in the coming weeks.
