New AI-powered Documentation Navigator
Announcing the release of the AI-powered Help center Documentation Navigator.
The Documentation Navigator allows users to self-serve by chatting with product documentation and get answers quickly.
The Documentation Navigator includes the following features:
- Source-linked citations
- Suggested questions as prompts
- User feedback
- Ability to chat in other languages
To use the Documentation Navigator, visit the help site (https://help.maxsight.com/).
Then, open a chat to get started.
Note that you must have a Moody's SSO account to use the Navigator. Visit Moodys.com to sign up.
