Create your own API keys

Developers can now issue new master API keys and revoke old keys.

If you're integrating with multiple systems (like a CRM and a transaction monitoring system), you can easily issue one new master API key for every system.

Or, if you're concerned one of your Master API keys has been compromised, you can quickly issue a replacement key and revoke the old key.

Master API keys authorise you to do anything in your account using the API, so remember to keep your keys a secret!

If you have the Master API key permission, you can issue and revoke keys now.

A brand new report to help you meet your SLAs

This week is all about giving you more powerful reporting so you can analyse your compliance processes better.

Benefit from these new reporting features:

  • Time to decision report: Learn how long it takes for applications to be approved/rejected with this new report.
  • Risk level (at first decision): If you're using Risk, you can filter or group any report by the risk level each application had when it was first approved/rejected. The risk level at first decision is also available in the raw report data.
  • PEPs, sanctions, adverse media matches: When you export the raw report data, you can see each application's potential, confirmed, and ignored risk matches.
  • Customer reference: When you export the raw report data, you can see any profile customer references you're using.

Start using these features on the Reports tab.

  • To see the Time to decision report and filter and group by Risk level (at first decision), you'll need Read-only or Read and write access for the All reports permission.
  • To see PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media matches and customer references, you'll need Read-only access for the Export data permission.

Read all about it in our help article.

Export your application data

You can now download a copy of your application data from the Applications overview section of Reports, so you can analyse your applications in greater detail.

It's as easy as applying the filters and date range you want to see and clicking the Export filtered data button.

You'll need Read-only access for the new Export data permission. To get it, contact the administrator of your account.

Compare your report data

The Applications overview section in Reports has a new Group by feature that makes it easy to compare report data.

See any data segment in detail and compare the results.

For example, do you want to find out if applications for one product are being rejected more than another? Group by Products.

If you have the Reports permission, you can see these features now in Applications overview.

Or, learn more in our help article.

Analyse your product applications

Visualise and report on key business metrics using the new Applications overview section in Reports.

This area of reports helps you break down how many product applications have been created, approved, and rejected each week.

You can:

- See the data in two different ways with a graph and a table.
- Filter applications by product, application status, and more.
- Share your reports with other people who have the Reports permission just by copying the URL.

If you have the Reports permission, you can get started by going to Applications overview.

Or, to get all the details, check out the help article.

New passwords are more secure

We’ve added some minimum requirements for new passwords.

Any passwords you create from now on must be at least 12 characters and avoid common patterns (e.g. “1234”). This makes passwords harder to guess.

Current passwords aren’t affected, but you might want to consider changing yours for stronger security.

Team roles are now here!

You can manage roles at the team level, so you can easily apply a role to all team members at once.

User roles haven't changed - you can still apply roles at the user level too. This means a user can have team roles in addition to their user roles.

To add roles to a team, go to User Management > Teams.

Learn more in our help article.

We hope you like it!

Assign applications to teams

With teams, you can assign product applications to groups of users.

Team members are notified when there's a status change to their applications. You can view and edit these settings by going to your notification preferences.

You can also search for which applications assigned to a team by clicking Refine list when on the Onboarding or Monitoring pages.

Ready to get started? If you have the Manage users permission, you can create your first team by going to the User Management tab and selecting Teams. Learn more in our help centre.
