Add forms to any task and upload files

Gather additional profile information and relate files directly on the task they relate to.

Configure any task to have forms (with the exception of PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media tasks). When a task is configured with a form, users can start a new form at any time.

Forms can be configured with a range of question styles, including the option to upload files.

You may also notice that tasks with multiple checks have a new Run check button instead of a separate button for each check. We did this to make room for the New form button. The behaviour when you run a check is still the same.

Contact us to configure your tasks with forms - we'll be happy to help you get set up.

Or learn more about forms in our help article.

Visual improvements to task versions and expiry notifications

To make it easier to navigate between different versions of the same task, we've improved the look and feel of the Task versions button.

Now you'll see the button next to the task status whenever your task has more than one version.

New task versions are created whenever tasks reach their expiry dates (plus a few small edge cases), so we've also updated the look and feel of the expiry date banner to match.

Due diligence tailored for PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media matches

The new Screening matches branch lets you build onboarding journeys adapted for applications from profiles with PEPs, sanctions, adverse media, and refer matches.

Customise your smart policies to add due diligence tasks or choose application outcomes based on whether the profile has potential, confirmed, or ignored matches.

If any additional screening matches are discovered during ongoing monitoring, the application is re-evaluated and, if required, additional tasks or a different application outcome is applied.

Contact us today to get started!

Or check out our help article to learn more about other properties you can branch on.

Escalate product applications to teams

Use escalations to ensure applications can only be approved after they've been reviewed by a specific team or teams.

With flexible smart policies, you can escalate applications based on application properties (e.g. risk level) or profile properties (e.g. associate role).

To get started, contact us.

Or learn more about using escalations in our help article.
