Improvements to checks with Dow Jones Watchlist

The PEPs and sanctions screening check for individuals now has more granular results and configuration options.

You can choose which sanctions lists you want to search, and choose whether you want to include matches from Dow Jones Watchlist's Other Official Lists and Other Exclusion Lists.

You can also use any of these new configuration options:

  • Ignore matches where the person is marked deceased by Dow Jones Watchlist.
  • Include relatives & close associates (RCAs), like business partners or close relatives, in the match results.
  • Include individuals with additional domestic screening requirements (ADSRs) in the match results.
  • Check the individual's country of nationality against any of these Dow Jones Watchlist country categories: Citizenship; Country of Registration; Country of Affiliation; Resident of; Jurisdiction; Country of Reported Allegation.

If you're using Dow Jones Watchlist for the PEPs and sanctions screening check, contact us and let us know which options you'd like to enable. To see the options you're using now, go to Policy Builder > Data providers and select Dow Jones Watchlist.

Manage profiles faster with the new "Profiles" tab and more

We’ve simplified the portal and added new features to make it easier to see the profiles that matter to you.

Everything in one place

All profiles are available under the new Profiles tab, including those in onboarding and monitoring.

To see the profiles that were under the Monitoring tab, click the drop-down at the top and select Customers in review.

Prioritise applications

You can now work on the highest priority applications by sorting and filtering them.

When you click Refine list, you're able to sort and filter applications by last modified date, country of residence/incorporation, and more.

Never lose your place

When you apply sorting or filtering, your changes are remembered, so if you navigate away from Profiles, open PassFort in a new tab, or log out and log back in, your sorting/filtering is still applied.
